We have been dedicated to tourist and seasonal accommodation since January 2009 and we are pleased to think that we have been in most of the creations of professional associations, together with local, regional and national entities; designing policies, advising on the drafting of laws, regulations and ordinances.

At HLCLUB® we are firm defenders of current legislation. A HUT (Habitatge d’Ús Turístic) must have, yes or yes, a license number and must comply with complicated legislation, yes, but that is what we are here for; to help and collaborate.

From a more technical point of view, HLCLUB® is a comprehensive management agency; that is to say, that the idea is that the property forgets about any task since we are going to take care of everything (rates, taxes, cleaning, industrial, clothing, tax returns, entrances, exits and much more).
